1. Create your design - Download and complete the Custom Made Design Form. Use this to sketch your leotard design and add your desired fabrics, colours, crystal and logo.

2. Send the design to Sylvia P - Email the completed form to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Once received, our designers will quote the leotard design based on the information submitted.

3. Approve the design - Our designers will email you with a quote and also a computerised version of your design for you to approve. Once payment is received, production can begin and your garments will be with you within 5 weeks.
